Goodfellaz Barbers is opening a new shop in Stone town centre on Tuesday 1 September. The business, which has been trading in Stoke-on-Trent for 26 years, will operate from 24 Radford Street, on the corner of Radford Street and Northesk Street opposite The Royal Exchange.
Owner Gino Dipiazza, who has been cutting men's hair for 46 years, said the expansion reflects demand in Stone for traditional barbering services. He told A Little Bit of Stone: "A lot of gents of a certain age have nowhere to go in Stone." The team prides itself on classic, modern and traditional haircuts.
Services and team
The Stone shop will offer classic cuts, skin fades, mid fades and flat tops, alongside men's skincare products and aftershaves. The Goodfellaz Barbers team includes Shimano Slade, Connor Jones, Ethan Lawson, Logan Clay and Bella Dipiazza.
Opening day offer
To celebrate the launch, free haircuts will be available throughout Tuesday 1 September, along with drinks and light refreshments. Customers are encouraged to book in advance. The opening is also expected to create a new job opportunity.
A third Goodfellaz Barbers shop is already planned for Eccleshall next year.
